About Keith Chapman
Keith Chapman is President and Founder of The 818 Group, LLC (formerly Chapman Wealth Management) and founder of Think818, LLC, a Texas State Registered Advisory Firm. Since entering the financial services industry in 1996, Keith has distinguished himself by helping clients view wealth differently—not simply as a matter of rates of return, but as a matter of how money flows, is taxed, and is positioned over time. His planning philosophy focuses on coordinating these moving parts to help clients pursue greater financial efficiency, increased control, and long-term financial confidence.
Keith is known for his ability to translate complex macro-economic realities into practical, understandable strategies that help individuals and families discover and move toward their full financial potential. He is an expert in utilizing advanced planning systems designed to improve tax efficiency, strengthen risk management, and enhance long-term wealth accumulation. Keith has achieved the level of Mastery within this system and serves as a national trainer and international speaker.
Keith attended Texas A&M University, where he earned a B.S. in Construction Science and a B.A. in Russian Studies with a minor in Finance. He served in the United States Army and Army Reserves for 14 years as a Russian Linguist and Tactical Intelligence Officer.
Keith and his wife Farrel, an attorney and Judge in Dallas County, live in Dallas, Texas. They have a son, Kyle, who is a Team Leader at Alamo Drafthouse Cinema, and a daughter, Carson, who is a Pediatric Nurse at Children’s Medical Center in Plano. Keith is active in his church and enjoys golf and mountain biking in his free time.
