About David W. Martin
David Martin is a Chartered Retirement Plan Counselor™ (CRPC™) who assist individuals thrive in retirement. While growing up he saw first-hand, many family friends struggle in retirement and is on a mission to prevent that for his clients.
David often provides workshops to increase financial literacy and is an avid learner, spending time sharpening his skills — ensuring success for his clients. He is an active participant in the Ed Slott Elite IRA Advisors group to keep abreast of all regulatory changes to retirement accounts.
He grew up in the D.C. metro area playing football, baseball, and soccer, working at McDonald’s and the National Institute of Standards and Technology till he went to college in Dayton, OH. David graduated from the University of Dayton with a Bachelor of Science majoring in Computer Information Systems and Mathematics, also receiving a Master of Financial Mathematics from the University of Dayton. David has always had a passion for finance and enjoys enabling his clients to retire to a fulfilling lifestyle.
Outside of work, David is a devoted spouse and father of three sons. He spends time with his family shuttling to and from activities such as Taekwondo, Golf, Basketball, Soccer, Mathnasium, Code Ninjas, etc. David and his family are avid football fans and during the football season you can normally find them at a game. David believes in creating lasting memories for loved ones and is passionate about giving his clients the ability to create memories for themselves and theirs.
